In the interest of Making it My Best Year, I chose to give up sugar for the month of January and replace it with more fruits and veggies. Make It Your Best Year
I want to make 2017 my best year. I'm a goal setter, but I'm not necessarily a goal keeper. I am really good at planning and making lists, but when it comes right down to it, I often make excuses and fall into the same old traps. New Years resolutions can be one big pit fall, am-I-right?! Happy 1st Birthday to The Graceful Journey!
I can't believe it's been one year since we launched The Graceful Journey! Happy 1st Birthday to us! I am so excited to keep sharing my crazy life journey with all of you who decide to read about it.
