The valley is deep. We were discussing the verse "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death" at my GriefShare class last week and one of the ladies who had just lost her husband was sharing her discouragement. The Best Self Journey: February
In the interest of Making it My Best Year, I chose to give up sugar for the month of January and replace it with more fruits and veggies.
